You know those women who blow you away with how strong they are? That have been through more in their lives than you could ever imagine. And those women who have a big beautiful smile and the most infectious laugh ever. Tameka is one of those women.
Tameka, her five year old daughter and I spent an afternoon on the beach last week. Keeley had us in serious fits of laughter. She just talks, and talks, and asks questions and giggles. Quite the curious mind on this one! She entertained me all afternoon. And when she started singing Lady Gaga’s "Poker Face", I nearly fell over in hysterics.
Tameka wanted a super relaxed shoot… she was very against matchy matchy, poses and fake smiles. Amen! So I followed this beautiful little family around the beach. Talking, answering questions and giggling. Lots and lots of giggling.
