Respect.  The term came up a few times throughout the evening.  And it’s something that you can really see between Melissa & Jonathan.  Their love is rooted in a deep respect for one another.  They met online and spent weeks learning about each other through words. Long emails that made them fall head over heels in love with one another.

Melissa & Jonathan planned three separate weddings.  One in LA, one in Toluca Lake and one in New York.  Toward the end of the evening, they said a few words to their guests.  They joked about the massive amounts of planning and then said something that really digs down to the true meaning of this day.  They said that no matter the plans, the one thing that remained constant was that they wanted to be able to celebrate with the people that were in that room.  And it was a wedding that celebrated two people in love with the people that were most important to them.  It was an amazing day and I’m so happy to have been a part of it!

Melissa & Jonathan – It was an AHHHHMAZING wedding.  Amazing.  I promise!  The two of you really permeated the day and created a perfect evening that celebrated the true importance of a wedding.  I’m so excited that this day has finally come for the two of you.  So excited that you’re so happy together.  And so excited that you’re finally married!   Congratulations!

My favorite sister & make-up artist Moira Taylor handled the make-up.  I must say, Melissa was absolutely glowing!

Jonathan planned their honeymoon and Melissa had no idea where they were going.  As they are both major game show fans he created a little game to let them know where they are going…

IRELAND!!!  Melissa was a little bit excited!
