Kristin & Dave has this beautifully simple relationship.  They love each other passionately, but not flamboyantly.  Simply.  It’s a really beautiful thing to watch.  The two of them, just being in love with each other.  They love and cuddle and look at each so deeply.  Just in love with each other.

And their wedding on Saturday was the perfect outward display of their relationship.  Focused on the two of them making the jump into the next step of their relationship.  The location was stunning, the food was DEEElicious and the company perfection.  They made absolute sure that every guest was absolutely comfortable and taken care of.  Even Chris and I!  They made sure we had absolutely everything we needed to do our jobs!

The day was absolute perfection, with the sun peeking out of the clouds just in time for their ceremony, and then hiding while we shot their couple session.  I couldn’t have asked for a better soft box!  The reception at The Four Seasons created the most perfect backdrop for a beautifully warm night of friends surrounding a fire and catching up with each other.  It was the most perfectly relaxed evening.

Kristin & Dave - You two took such good care of us!  I couldn’t be happier to have been a part of such a perfect day.  The way you two look at each other gives me goosebumps.  I’m so happy you’ve made it official!  I hope you’re sleeping on a sunny beach with a cocktail in hand.  Congratulations!

This is the quilt Kristin’s great grandmother made for her mother on her wedding day.  Kristin is a quilter and it was so incredibly special for her to have it at the wedding.

The ceremony took place on a quiet beach.  Some of their friends arrived a little early and wrote in the sand.
