I was super nervous for this shoot.  Kadidja is a self-proclaimed perfectionst and she wanted everything to be absolutely perfect.  And she was coming in from out of town, so we had a small window of shooting time.  And it was supposed to rain.  While I was prepared with my umbrellas and galoshes and Saran Wrap, I wanted everything to be PEEEERFECT.  And rain would just not do.  So, I loaded and reloaded weather.com on a regular basis.  The clouds went away on Friday’s little icon and we were left with an amazingly blue sky and bright sun.  It couldn’t have been more perfect.  Well, PEEEERFECT would have been no wind and 90 degrees…

But it was cold.  Super cold.  And Kadidja shot through it like a champ. Goosebumps and shivers and all. 

Gigi, makeup lady extraordinare, was on hand to make sure Kadidja looked perfect.  I always get excited to work with Gigi.  Because I know that my girls are going to look amazing.  And because Gigi is so much fun.  Ohh, and because she brings snacks   Seriously, email this girl to make you look beautiful!
