I met Jennifer & Damon, what feels like, forever ago.  I adored them and was so happy when she emailed to say they wanted to book me for their wedding.  Excited because they were so fantastic.  And they were getting married at La Venta, a venue I’ve been DYING to shoot.  But petrified, because they had met with something like 12 photographers.  That’s a lot of pressure people!  They are perfectionist and they knew exactly what they wanted and were trusting me to create it.  Well, I guess every wedding is that kind of pressure… I’ve got quite the serious job.

And the wedding did not disappoint!  La Venta is gorgeous.  And Tim, the venue coordinator, is amazing.  And Damon & Jennifer are so adorable together.  And the bridal party was hilarious.  And well, it was an all around perfect evening.  I’m thrilled to have been a part of it! 

Jennifer & Damon - Chris and I had a fantastic evening with you and your family & friends.  I hope that we did the day justice!  I’m sure Aruba is treating you super well (jealous!)  Congratulations!

The bridal room at La Venta has gorgeous light, with a great mirror and a perfect chain from the ceiling to hang the gown.

Jennifer & Damon opted not to see each other prior to the wedding.  So, they signed the Ketubah seperately.  Chris caught this shot.
